This website uses phone calls for rentals and an online form for waiting-list requests. Online payments and move-ins are not available on this website.

Contact form

We use your name, email address and message to respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered to facility management by Cloudflare and handled in our business email system. Please do not send payment details or access codes. The website does not save a separate copy of your message. We retain correspondence as needed to handle your inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information that we no longer need.

We use short-lived rate limits based on your internet address to help prevent abuse. Form contents are not written to application logs.

Waiting-list requests

When you join our waiting list, we save your name, phone number, requested unit size, and submission date so we can contact you about storage availability. Joining does not reserve a unit or create a rental agreement.

These details are available to authorized facility management. Our website and records are hosted using Cloudflare. To help prevent spam, the form also stores a hashed identifier derived from your internet address and the submission date.

To update your information or ask us to remove your waiting-list request, use our contact form or call 865-382-0604.

The embedded map loads content from Google, which receives connection information such as your internet address. Google Maps and phone links open those services when selected.
